Green Belt Way 5 (04-07-2009)
Photos from the fourth leg of the Oxford Green Belt Way, from Wolvercote to Water Eaton. We walked to Wolvercote from the centre of Oxford, following the Oxford Canal. We continued north along the canal, skirting the edge of Kidlington before passing through Thrupp and on to Shipton on Cherwell. We then left the canal, crossing fields to Hamton Gay and Hampton Poyle, before passing the curch of St Mary the Virgin on the edge of Kidlington. The route continued south to Water Eaton House, where we departed to cut back to the Park and Ride to catch the bus back to Oxford.
