Walk from Woodeaton to Elsfield, Islip and Noke (04-11-2007)
An eight-mile walk with Katherine and my parents starting from Woodeaton. We first had a look in the church, with its unusual painted wall and tower built over the nave. We then walked south to Elsfield, to see the manor and John Buchan's grave. We then joined the River Cherwell, and followed it north to Islip for lunch. We had a quick look in the church, before taking the Oxfordshire way to Noke, and Prattle Lane back to Woodeaton.
