Rushcliffe Park and Heritage Centre (05-08-2007)
A trip to Rushcliffe Country Park and the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre. Unfortunately the main steam engine wasn't running, but we looked round the engine sheds, saw the vintage buses, and had a trip on the minature railway run by the Nottingham Society of Model and Experimental Engineers. We then walked round the rest of the park and had our picnic overlooking the lake.
